Dear backers,

Here’s a quick update from the SOLOSOCKS headquarters.

We’ve now shipped the final socks. We had some issues with the company that we use to ship our products. 

Now however, there are no worries. The final packs have been shipped.

If you have received your socks

Some of you have already received your socks - thanks for the awesome feedback.

If you have received your socks, please write a comment with your thoughts on our kickstarter page! We would really appreciate that. You are also welcome to send us an update with your feedback to [email protected].

If you haven't received your socks...

Don't worry! We'd like you to wait until Friday, and if you have not received them by that time you are welcome to contact us about information on [email protected].

Tracking your shipment

We do not have a system for you to track your shipment individually, which is why we would like you to wait until Friday before you ask for tracking.

Sending the warm socks to the homeless organizations

Now that all our backers socks have been shipped, we'll pack and ship the socks to the homeless organizations. We are in contact with all the organizations and have gotten the address and shipping information. We've asked them to send us pictures of the socks when they receive them, and we will share them with you!

Shipping Date for your SOLOSOCKS Pairs!

Dear backer,

Today we are preparing the first shipment of your orders! Since we're sending around 3000 pairs, it's a process that we expect to take a week or so. We're hoping to be done by Friday next week but we will of course keep you posted in the process!  We've gathered a small team of dedicated people who will help us get it done as soon as possible.

We expect to have shipped all packs to our backers on Friday the 19th of April!

If we've locked down your order, it's too late to make changes. The labels have been printed and we started packing your order. Please allow at least 3 weeks before contacting us regarding the tracking number. Based on our experience from our last campaigns, it can take some time for some countries. We're shipping from Germany, so North America and Asia can experience longer shipping times. Europe will experience faster shipping times.

Shipping times

For Europe please expect to receive your socks latest 30th of April.

For North America please expect to receive your socks latest 10th of May.

For anywhere else please expect to receive your socks latest 20th of May.

Shipping soon! Awaiting last products.

Dear backers,

We've already received 7 out of the 10 styles for the campaign! Right now, we're just waiting for the last shipment with the last 3 styles. As soon as they arrive, we'll start shipping. We already have all the information we need from you, and are now just awaiting the products.

We were supposed to send out everything late March, but now it's the first of April and we still haven't. We apologize for that, and we promise that we're working hard on getting you your socks as soon as possible. We wanted to share the shipping date with you today, but we can't do that until we receive all the socks.

Nonetheless, we wanted to give you a good estimate.

We expect to ship within the next 2 weeks, latest mid of April.

Once shipping starts, we will send an update with a date and expected.

Production finished! Shipping this month.

Dear backers,

We've got good new for y'all! We've just received news that the production has been completed. Within the next couple of weeks, we'll receive all the socks in our warehouse in Germany. Once they arrive, we will upload some pictures of the boxes for the homeless organizations, and the socks for all of you! We can't wait to get started with the shipping process. We need to pack +500 orders, but we're excited about that!

As was our goal, we will ship in March. That means that we are on the timeline, and all is good. The next update will provide a shipping date, and some dates telling you when the socks will arrive on the different continents. We expect most people to receive their socks in late March, or latest early April.

Demand for our new collection

We've already been contacted by a lot of retailers who are interested in SOLOSOCKS Share. We're very excited to be a part of the sockless-homeless solution. We're hoping to be able to put socks on 20.000 homeless feet this year. This is our humble goal. If you know any cool retailers or organizations that might be interested in joining our mission, please let us know!

Update: We're on schedule! Delivery in March

SOLOSOCKS are coming! It's been a while since we wrote an update. Today we got a confirmation from our producers that we are on track with production. We expect to receive the socks in end of february / early march, and to start shipping in march! Just as planned.

We will ship globally using tracked and insured shipping. The expected delivery times are:

Asia: 15-25 days

North and South America: 10-20 days

Europe: 5-10 days

Shipping times will vary! But don't worry about this just yet. Once we have the socks in stock, we will send out another update with pictures of the products in their packaging. 

The homeless socks are also in production. Once we receive them, they will be stored in our warehouse. Once all the socks for our backers have been shipped, we ship the socks to the homeless organizations. We will provide pictures of all the socks, in their boxes to the different organizations!
